Burna Boy to make Nollywood debut

 Grammy Award-winning singer, Damini Ogulu, also known as Burna Boy, has ventured into filmmaking.

The ‘African Giant’ crooner is set to make his debut as an executive producer in Black Mic Mac’s upcoming movie ‘3 Cold Dishes.’

Burna Boy would executively produce the movie through Spaceship Films, a company he co-founded alongside Bose Ogulu, his mother.

According to the local media reports, Burna Boy will be executive producing the movie through Spaceship Films, a company he co-founded with his mother, Bose Ogulu.

The movie will also be co-produced by Ifind, Alma Prods, Asurf Films, and Martian Network.

Directed by Asurf Oluseyi and written by Tomi Adesina, ‘3 Cold Dishes’ is a story set across Nigeria, the Republic of Benin, and Côte d’Ivoire.

The film features a star-studded cast including Osas Ighodaro, Femi Jacobs, Wale Ojo, Ruby Akubueze, and Brutus Richards, as well as some Ivorian and Senegalese actors.

  RIYADH —  The Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority Turki Al-Sheikh and Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, who is also the owner of URSU, have signed a sponsorship agreement for the fourth edition of Riyadh Season. The agreement was signed between the two sides with the aim for URSU, Ronaldo's natural mineral water company, to sponsor the official waters of the international events of the Riyadh Season. Al-Sheikh and Ronaldo signed the agreement in Via Riyadh, one of the areas of the 2023 Riyadh season. A Trailer fails break, and kills more than 20 people at Imsu Junction, Owerri.

  The accident happened when the truck veered off the road and headed to a pedestrian area, crushing occupants of the minibusses and pedestrians. At least 20 people were killed and several others injured when a truck crashed into four mini-buses in Owerri, Imo State capital. The incident occurred at about 7:30 p.m. on Saturday at Imo State University Junction,  IMSU  Junction. Eye Witness told our reporter that the truck appeared to have suffered brake failure. and crashed into some minibusses that usually load at the junction,” Chinedu Opara, a witness, said. “The four minibusses had eleven passengers each.
